  I have two bunnies both are standard bunnies. One is 9 weeks the other 6 weeks.
  Bonding seems to be going well. They groom each other and cuddle together. But no one seems to be dominant. They are still doing a bit of bum nipping but that’s it. It’s been 5 days. Am I just expecting too much to soon?

  Both your buns are still babies and will probably get along excellently until they are about 12 weeks old. By that age they should be separated, because you dont want them to be together when puberty strikes. It is also notoriously difficult to properly sex young rabbits and even vets can get it wrong. That means one or both of your buns could potentially be male. Obviously having a boy and a girl together will mean baby buns sooner or later.
  
  Baby buns wont form a true bond, but having been friends as babies makes it easier for them to become bonded as adults, after they have been desexed – provided they haven’t gotten into any bad fights prior to that.

  They don’t care about being dominant because they’re still babies. They should be separated in a few weeks because when they get hormonal they might fight. You should get them both spayed when they are of suitable age and then start bonding

  I’d also be worried about that 6 week old, as she shouldn’t really even be away from mom right now. I agree with the others to separate and keep them so until they are spayed.
