  I can’t give full detail on the situation which I apologize for. But I need to ask how long can adult rabbits go without vegetables?

  As long as they have unlimited hay and unlimited water they should be fine. I know a lot of people with buns who are uneducated don’t give veggies but becareful as you might see some fecal dropping changes

  I agree with Bunny House, healthy adult buns will do fine on hay and pellets (a table spoon per kg bun and day). The hay must be good quality and you must make sure that the rabbits actually eat the hay.
  
  A few months shouldnt be a problem if the buns are good hay eaters and not babies, pregnant, nursing or underweight poorly/ really old.
  
  It’s good if they can get as wide a variety of grass hay as possible. They will also drink considerably more if vegs are cut from the diet, so you might need to replenish water more often or put in an extra bowl or bottle. At least a 100 ml water per kg bun and day is normal if a bun lives on dry food only.
  
  ETA: I should add that fresh vegs are important as enrichment for buns. They do love fresh veg. But there are rabbits that cant have fresh veg because their tummies cant handle it, they can still live full and healthy lives on hay and pellets.
