I’d love to introduce you to my (and my SO’s) two babies, Bronx and Juneau! They are both rescues, so they’re named for their street smarts.

Our sweet, sensitive boy Bronx was found in a dog carrier under an overpass in the heat of summer. After a short vet visit, he’s been the happiest boy who loves pets and zoomies around the living room. We’re guessing he is a grey Otter Rex and about to turn two years old. His favorite place is the back of our couch and he is a master at dramatically flopping for a nap.

Then there’s our fiery, sassy Juneau. She’s often the joke among our friends for being the rabbit from Monty Python’s Holy Grail. She doesn’t let anything stop her. Ever. She was spotted in a snow bank during a week long April blizzard and it wasn’t until the snow stopped that she was slow enough to catch. We’re guessing she is about a four or five year old Californian who’s lifelong mission is to be on the constant lookout for treats.

Both buns are litter trained and housed in separate hutches in our living room where they are free to roam on the common ground turf.

I’m very excited to have found this forum! I’m looking forward to being a part of the community!
