I have a 7 year old netherland dwarf who just had surgery, and he got G.I. Stasis, I got it treated last night, but he still hasn’t pooped!

The vet gave us some Critical Care and SubQ fluids, I have given him quite a bit of the Critical care, but he still won’t poop, I don’t know what to do next, After he got surgery the vet gave us some Meloxicam to help with the pain, He had diarrhea two days ago, but since then nothing has come out, sorry if this was all over the place, but does anyone have any advice?

I’d go back to the vet and get some motility drugs. I’m honestly surprised they didn’t give him any.

I would also suggest you syringe feed him water to keep his tummy and gut hydrated if it is dry and impacted

I second the motility meds. I’ve never come across a vet who doesn’t give them after a stasis episode ?
