Hi there my name is Cheyenne, and my husband is Tiernan, we have 3 kids, and we all love our buns. A few weeks back our buns died unexpectedly? We decided to get a new bun, and came across a breeder of flemmies. After visiting we took a pair that are quite fond of each other. We LOVE Flemish giants, and understand the care they need, but have not owned one before. Anyone here have any great tips?

        Thanks!
        Cheyenne

Welcome to BB Cheyenne and Tiernan! I’m so sorry to hear about your rabbit’s passing.

Unfortunately my only experience comes with my current Netherland Dwarf, so a big difference I assume, haha.

With logical jumps, I assume you want to be a bit more thorough in day-to-day checks. A larger body means more things can get caught on obstacles, so there’s more surface areas to get wet, scratched, hit, etc..

I hope they are settling in nicely. Never hesitate to ask questions!
