My rabbit (the mother) constantly rejects or runs away from her 10 or so day old baby bunny whenever it tries to get milk. I dont know if this only happens because my rabbit is eating while her baby tries to go for milk or have I handled the baby too much and she has rejected it.

Is this a problem or has she already fed her baby at some point of the days?

I’m not experienced with this at all so take what I say with a pinch of salt but I think that mother’s only feed their young twice a day? Do you ever see baby with a full round tummy?

Sarah is correct. Mama bunnies only feed their babies a couple of times per day. This is so predators do not find the nest. Check the baby to see if he/she has a round tummy. If so, then you know mama is doing her job.
