Stuck with a free roam (lol)

I spoiled my bun as soon as I got her as in she basically had free roam of half my apartment and slept with me at night. Because of this we have a really close bond. She started reaching maturity which led to marking territory problems and she’s become way too clingy constantly sitting on my and biting me if I stop petting her. Which gets in the way of me working (I work from home) so I built a pretty big condo. Three stories haha. and she still doesn’t feel like its good enough. I let her out multiple times a day but she just bites on the cage and every time I walk past, she jumps up to the wall of the cage and runs around begging to be let out. She gets tummy time every morning meaning when I let her out, she just comes and lays down on my stomach and gets undivided attention for sometimes up to an hour. She’s a freaking princess. I keep trying to make the condo more comfortable until I can get her fixed and she can go back to free roaming but she just gets more pissed off and destroys anything I put in there haha I keep trying to line the cage with like some kind of carpet tiles or rug etc and she disapproves. she just wants to sit right on top of grids I guess. The top floors have padding and blankets at least. if I feed her and don’t let her out and she wants out she literally fights me and pushes me and whacks her paws at me. I’m to the point now where when she’s really mean and honks/bites etc I just hit her back hahaha. Tap her on the head “NO” and then she just looks at me with evil eyes and pushes me back twice as hard. Literally 2 seconds later she’s back to cuddling me so… it’s not really a big deal. I feel like she’s my child. But it is my fault she’s a princess and expects to be loose in the house constantly. Oops. As soon as she’s out of the cage and she KNOWS I’m going to put her back in, she innocently lays out on the bed and holds still “look mom I’m being good. don’t put me in the cage”

That’s the hormones acting out. I would spay before hormonal behaviour becomes locked in, permanent behaviour via prolonged repetition. She sounds like she does have an amazing bond with you at the heart of it all, though.
