My bunny Levi has a cage, but my boyfriends mom found and picked up a bunch of stuff someone was giving away since their bunny passed away. There is a cage in with all the free items, but the previous owner apparently put a hole in it,they claim because the bunny was hurting itself jumping or something, and they put a cinder block to cover it although I would have just put the block inside as a step.I would love to be able to patch up and use this cage because it is bigger than the one I have currently.Does anyone have any ideas on what I could use to patch the hole on this?I would rather not have a gaping hole cause my bunny would pee on the carpet there.I thought maybe take that tape off and try to smooth the hole and that crack out before doing something…

What’s your budget and how pretty do you want it to look? If it were me I would buy a small acrylic sheet and have it cut to the size I need. I would then use a plastic bonding agent to secure the acrylic to the cage.

I don’t have a huge budget but I do get some money soon. And it doesn’t have to be perfect but just covers that hole and keeps anything from leaking out or anything like that

J-B Weld, when you want the structure to fail before the glue does. Just make sure you get the plastic version. Loctite super glue should work as well.
