So two days ago I was grooming Momo, and found he has bald spots above his knees. He isent scratching there, and the only time I see him doing stuff around there is when he is grooming. Should I be worried?

Um, Im not sure really, It could be scratches from running on hard carpet, similar to sore hocks maybe. I would keep a eye on him. If he shows discomfort in walking and starts limping I would get a vet to check him out.

          I hope he gets better!

That seems an unusual spot for bare patches. Does he lady down a lot with his legs stretched out behind him? That’s the only time I would think that spot would make extended contact with flooring surfaces. If that’s a favourite position it might be worth getting some softer mats and things for him to lay on.

If not then I suppose it could be something else like mites, it’s just unusual to start on the knees and in matching positions both sides.
