So, our trio bonding sessions have significantly improved in the last couple of days.

Luna is due a vaccination tomorrow, and I’m wondering whether I should take all 3 to the vet.

        Pros:

-It’s traditional stress bonding, in a situation that has to happen anyway

        – I’ll get to see how they interact in a totally neutral environment

-It might comfort Luna to have Atlas with her

        Cons:

-Luna gets extremely stressed in the car, and I don’t know if having the boys might actually add to her stress since they aren’t bonded yet

        – I would have to squish them all into quite a tiny carrier for the vets, although I could have them in a bigger cardboard box for the half hour journey.

-Boys get stressed by a vet visit they don’t need, although neither gets as stressed as Luna

-Luna might end up associating the stress with the boys?

I don’t know what would be best! Any opinions?

As you’ve had some really great progress with Luna with non stressful sessions, I would probably opt to take her on her own so she doesn’t take her stress out on the boys or, as you said – associate them with stress.

Yeah, that’s what I was leaning towards too thanks!
