        Hey guys!

I live in quite a large house with my boyfriend and his dad, the house is going to be turned into separate flats eventually but in the mean time we have our own flat minus a kitchen which everyone shares… Yeah it’s confusing I know, keep with me.

We live on the third floor with our little bun Garfunkel (Garf) and downstairs lives Pumba the scottish fold, anyway these two have been introduced twice now. The first time Pumba was terrified yet interested in Garf, sat and watched him but would run away every time Garf came up to him. The second time Pumba just sat watching him, kind of like “what is this smol creature”

Anyway, eventually Pumba is going to live with us in our flat and I was just wondering if anyone had any solid cat/bun relationships? Garf will 100% be the boss when this does happen – it’s pretty cute how much he isn’t scared of him and just wants to run up to him to play.

I’ve attached some photos of them both

Does your cat seem to be tolerant of Garfy? I know some people have cats and dogs living in harmony with bunnies, but I think it does depend on the cats personality too.

Obviously, you’ll want to make sure there is no predator/prey instinct in the cat around the bunny. Make sure that the cat is not “stalking” bun or swatting at him

He’s very tolerant and shows no signs of stalking.

He doesn’t actual stalk anything at all – he’s probably the most chilled out cat I’ve ever met

I’ll have to try and show you guys a video of them together sometime!

Our cats get along fine with Oscar. Other than our bed, the bunny room is their favorite hang out spot. It took a little while to teach them that stalking/chasing wasn’t acceptable, but they’re pretty good about it now. If they do step out of line, Oscar brings down the hammer. They’re never out together without us being home, and if I hear Oscar getting mad at them, I make them leave the room. It’s a good idea to play with your kitty every day to tire him out. A tired kitty is a good kitty.

Thanks sarah!  They can be little stinkers, but at least they’re pretty.
