Pooping outside box can be due to a frw things. Mine are litter trained but there are always poops outside.
Where is their hay they nibble on? Buns like to eat and poop at same time.

How big is your litter tray now?

I have the corner kind but I put the bigger one in with her and it seemed to help she has cut it down to about 50% and I see she is getting in there and doing it. thank you. She is still making some mistakes but they just seem to be random and I’ll keep working with her and keep trying to spend time

She is still bombing me. I gave the larger box it helped for a day now she goes to both. the box but also the floor. I believe she was spayed 3 months ago though no fur is missing on her stomach but the rescue gave me surgery notes, and I know she is an adult. Should I limit her space?. She wasn’t this bad in her smaller cage. I have cats and a dog and of course my other bun. She doesn’t seem to care about the other animals, could she be afraid?

Have you attempted training her formally? While rabbits have a natural inclination to poo in the same area, it does not mean that simply moving poops into the litter box will make a rabbit litterbox adherent. Litterboxes and the concept are man made, hence you need to teach your rabbit the connection of going poop/pee and the litterbox. In addition to moving accidents there, try moving your rabbit there immediately before, during, or right after an accident. Limiting space is recommended so this can be done more effectively.

If there is one space in its cage were you notice that your bun is using the bathroom over and over other than the litterbox, try moving the box over to that area. Also try picking up the poops that you see around the cage, and putting them in the litterbox. You can also take a paper towel, and wipe up any pee that you see in the cage, and put the paper towel in the litter box. One more thing. hang your hay rack above the litterbox, or just put the hay in the box loosely. Hope I could help!
