I got a new rabbit a little bit ago and a few days after I noticed a sore on her back just below her neck and several days have passed and it looks exactly the same and there is less hair around it. I am worried it might be some kind of STD or something she got from her mother as she is only about 10 weeks old and i don’t want to risk my other rabbit getting something from her. I will make an appointment sometime at the start of next week if it doesn’t change over the weekend but i wanted some advice from here too.

It looks like mites. You should get her into a vet and have them look at her skin under a microscope. If it is mites they’ll put some Revolution on her back and you’ll go back a month later and get it again. In the meantime you can put regular neosporin on the wound to help speed healing. It’s probably something she picked up from the breeder.
If it is mites, you should thoroughly wash the cage and any surfaces she’s been on, and freeze any toys that she has been in contact with.
