I reckon this counts as a care part.

I noticed a bald spot on my black rabbits back. Its not exactly a bald spot, i can still see fur, however its much shorter than the rest. The reason i know its there is because my rabbits undercoat is white, not black, and this spot was black. There seems to be a lot of dandruff there too, which im not too sure if its actually dandruff or mites, it doesn’t seem to be mites though because when i take a closer look, the dandruff doesn’t move.

The area is about eleven centimeters wide and eight centimeters long. It’s probably fifteen centimeters from her tail.

From the fake bald spot, i can pull fur from there quite easily and she isn’t fazed by it, not even a little. I can just pull chunks of fur from the bald spot and she just countinues to groom herself like I’ve done nothing (i only did this twice to check, i will refrain from pulling out chunks of fur because that seems unhealthy).

I dont know how long she’s had this bald spot, I’ve had her for about two years now, i suspect she is about four or five years old. She is a Rex, I’ve not changed her diet and she’s been consuming food at the same rate as she always has and drinking water the same.

Does anyone have any idea of what this spot is? Should I be worried at all? Anything at all would be helpful!

It sounds like a large shedding patch with fur regrowth.

It just sounds like a normal molting spot to me. It is a typical time for this to be occurring as well. The flaking could be a result of dryer skin from the climate. Do you see a source of the flakes, or is it all around? Any itching or abnormal skin characteristics?

The flakes are mostly around the lower part of her back and she doesn’t seem like she is itching more than usual.

If the tips of her fur is black, that’s what you’d see first with new fur growth. I agree, it sounds like shedding and new growth. If you start to see the new growth is coming away, almost like moth-eaten, then it’s possible some fur mite activity. But dry skin can be just normal part of molting for some rabbits.
