        Hi everyone,

I’ve lurked for a little while, figured I should eventually post. This is Boone, a dwarf Holland lop/Flemish Giant mix. He’s about four months old now, and my first ever rabbit. Love him so much!

What an interesting mix! He’s precious! It’ll be fascinating to see him grow and have traits of both. I wonder how big he’ll end up being. Flemish giants are 15 pounds or larger and Hollands can range between 3-5 pounds depending on true or false dwarf.

I’m also curious. He was about 2.5lbs at 3 months and seems to be growing like an adorable weed.

He was an unplanned bunny – the guy who had him said that his mother (the dwarf Holland) got out of her cage and “introduced herself” to their Flemish Giant.

My boys are false dwarf Hollands and at 8.5 months are at 5 pounds. They were both around 2.5 pounds at the 3 month mark. He’s progressing nicely.

Mines a true dwarf and 3lbs full grown ( he’s one year old next month )

I have had Flemish giants and most over where I am only get to 11lbs but one of mine was 15lbs

My very first bunny I got 19 years ago and he was a lop cross Flemish like yours – he was around 10lbs and had a similar look to your boy except he was light fawn in colour
