Just got over the fireworks and now.

It will be Christmas soon, all that chocolate, don’t leave it in sight or reach of bunny, all those wrappers making a nice sound as you unwrap them to reveal lovely chocolate, no matter how much bunny gives you the sad ‘Please give’ eyes, its not for bunny, Chocolate contains theobromine, which is toxic to rabbits too much chocolate will cause a high heart rate and seizures for your bunny.

Some bunnies like to look under Christmas trees,  ooh all the shiny wrapping paper and bows, that’s OK, but if you aren’t there he could eat into a present and eat something he shouldn’t, also the nice electrical wire for your lights are something else bunny might like to chew, even if they are not usually a chewer.

It will be Christmas time for us all, including Bunnies, I thought there might be someone who is new to bunnies and this might help, or remind us to be very careful over Christmas, make sure kids move plastic bags after opening toys too, as I say it will be Christmas for all of us including bunnies, it won’t be much of a Christmas if he has to stay at the vets.
