I woke up this morning to find that my little girl managed to get onto my desk (in the past she’s been unable to get to it- chairs pushed in, MANY blockages set up.. but if there’s a will there’s a way…) I heard her AS she jumped onto the desk and got her off before she got to any snacks I had up there or anything sharp or dangerous, but when I put her away and took my headphones when I noticed one of the changeable-sizes detachable earbuds was missing! In the past she’s tried to eat random stuff, but I’ve gotten her in time and dislodged or removed it from her area, but I couldn’t find the earbud before I left (had to get to work). I plan to DEEP CLEAN the room and pray I find it laying around, but if she swallowed it I can’t imagine that’d be good….

        advice???

Monitor your rabbit’s behavior with eating and passing poo and pee. If hours go by without passing anything, take him to a vet immediately. It needs to pass through and if it can’t, it will probably need to be removed surgically.

Promote hay eating and water intake.
