One of my rabbits, Rodger, is chasing and nipping (also made a scab in his ear) the other one Peter. They got neutered a week ago but nothing has seemed to improve. Rodger is a few weeks older than Peter so could this have anything to do with it? I also thought it may be territorial as before they were neutered Rodger would spray, and Peter would rub his chin on everything! It’s a bit alarming hearing them thumping and scrambling about so Rodger has had to go in a tiny indoor cage until we can solve the problem. Has anyone experienced this before? Please tell me what to do because there isn’t enough room to have two big hutches

I highly suggest separating them for at least a few more weeks. There’s a hormonal spike that occurs following neutering, which may heighten territorial behaviors, like those you’ve mentioned.

Also remember despite what pre bonding may have occurred before neutering, you want to start from the beginning of bonding, progressing as fast or as slow as necessary for the pairing.

You need to properly bond them.
