        Hi everyone

I am really happy to have found this forum, it’s great to talk with other bunny lovers.

I had English lops as a child. Then in highschool I had a wonderful bun who had malocclusion. He was a house bunny who lived with us for 8 years and to this day is still my favorite pet of all time, he was special

About a week ago I got a new bunny, my first in 15 years. He is a young guy, about 7 months old, who I am thinking may be a Chinchilla? Someone bought him at a pet store and gave him up recently. He is a foster for now, but I am thinking I will adopt. Right now he’s far from the quiet well-behaved bunnies my previous pets were, LOL. He is rambunctious, loves to chew our walls, is totally fearless, and not neutered (he’s being done on Monday). But he is also very loving and docile…VERY loving (again..being neutered soon! hahaha).

I’m looking forward to learning lots on the forum

Right? I can’t see myself being able to part with him I just really hope the neuter helps with his behavior. This morning I got nipped AND peed on. Sigh.

Also, I’m in Newfoundland. Hi Neighbor!

That’s a very cute bunny! Don’t expect any immediate changes from the neuter, but hopefully he will have better behavior soon.

Thanks, I know it takes a little bit for the hormones to clear out of his system. I’ve heard that the spraying can at least stop fairly quickly, hopefully so! That’s the worst part. I can deal with the other things. His litter habits aren’t great either. Fingers crossed the neuter helps in time!
