The bottom bunk of a bunk bed could be a nice bunny area if ramps are provided. I used to have a guinea pig cage in a bedframe, we removed the mattress and put the cage there. Do you have something specific in mind?

I have a bunk bed for my bunnies, they love it! The bottom has a litter tray and hay rack; the top has a cozy bed. They have no problem getting up and down safetly; I have unfinished wooden blocks leading up to the top level.
