So, the weather is starting to get steadily cold here. I have wall units, so I can pretty much control the temperature inside, and make it too warm everywhere. Bob seems a little less active. He is eating and drinking, and going potty just fine.

He is running out to greet me and doesn’t seem to hear me when I come into his area.

        I am just confused.

Olly slows down a bit when its cold, but bunnies are happier when it is not really hot at home, as long as he isn’t in a draft he’ll be OK, if he isn’t neutered he might be a bit fed up because its not warm weather and no females to have a dance with (If you know what I mean) if he is neutered then he might just be calming down from that.
My bunny ignores me when I go to his pen, he just leaves me to it, because he knows I’m there to feed him or clean his things.

It’s probably more about the amount of daylight. Rabbits tend to become more active in early spring, when the amount of daylight rises. Light activates several signal-substances and deactivates the real ease of the sleep hormone melatonin. Pretty much the same thing happens to humans too. Some individuals are more sensitive to changes in light/darkness than others.
