It’s been a few months now, having Georgie in our lives, and this is the first time this has come up.

Georgie has never been one for treats, we only recently found that she enjoys Apple, Cranberry raisins, and Apple branches. She gets all of these things in moderation.

Over the holiday weekend both my boyfriend and I were home during the day. We had been doing chores and sat down of the couch with a snack of apples and yogurt.

Bunny jumped up to the smell of apples!
        Mommy! Daddy! Yummy!

We gave her some little pieces but it was never enough. We shoo’d her off the couch a couple times but she kept returning. We’ve never denied her a snack. We’ve also never been eating something on the couch that she wanted. I had to pick her up and put her on the floor twice! She was still barely deterred.

She spent the evening sulking about it!!!!
It wasn’t until I got on the floor with her in the evening and showered her with kisses, some pets, and a few kibble that she came around.

Apparently she felt slighted that we were denying her all the apples

Bunnies are great at ignoring you when they feel like you’ve mistreated them or you’ve gone away or not given them a treat that they feel they should have. I find it adorable

She was in her condo, top level, doing ANYTHING but paying attention to the hoomins: we did get bunny butt

Thankfully she is all about her kibble, so when we rattled them, she actually came down from her ivory tower.
