Hi!

I'm trying to find a young (1-3 years old, or younger but not preferred) rescue bunny that is spayed and in or close to Fredericksburg, Virginia. I've been having trouble finding one! Thank you!

I had a look on petfinder & adoptapet but they are a bit further away. Still, it might be worth calling to see if they have these rabbits in foster care closer to your location.

One of our members, tobyluv, suggested the other day to look on Pet Harbor also. I cannot open that site due to my location, I think.

Whoever says "It's only a rabbit" has obviously never loved a rabbit.

I found this website that has a lot of rescues in VA: http://rabbit.rescueshelter.com/Virginia

This one is in Fredericksburg, although I'm not sure if they have any rabbits available:

And also this local animal shelter:

Good luck.

Check out Friends of Rabbits! They have adoption events all over the DMV area. Visit their website at FriendsofRabbits DOT org
