I change their boxes about every two days. Floppy tends to pee a lot more than Seamus and so she saturates her bedding more quickly thus in her situation every other day is best. Seamus, on the other hand, can go up to 3 days since he’s a lot smaller and produces less waste?

Anywhere between 3 and 5 days, depending how full it is.

Maybe we’re a bit obsessive about it, but Sable’s box is cleaned out every night in his play pen.  The box in his cage is partially cleaned every day but just scooping out the poops and soiled litter.  Once a week the whole thing is dumped and the litter is replaced.

Blue drinks a lot and pees a lot and also produces pellets for england. I change hers evry day or 2 tops if she’s had slightly less. Lollo toilets in his bedding (i have now put his bedding in an large litter box, FAR easier!) so i try to remove as much of the matter as possible daily and change the whole bedding every 2 or 3 days. Chino is a fab babe and only pees in her litterbox and mainly only poos in their too, but she’s quite small and doesnt produce as much wee-she gets changed usually every 2-3 days.

I scoop out the wet litter and pellets every morning. Thankfully he goes in the same corner. I then replace the litter I scooped out with a little bit of new litter. Once a week everything is thrown out and the box is deoderized with white viniger…. Fujoe doesn’t have bedding.. is that weird? He likes to lay on the hardwood floor. Either that or on carpet in his fortress… does he need bedding?

I change my kids about 2 times a week – so every 3 or 4 days. We also have 4 actively used litterboxes for 3 buns.

fujoethebunny, Lollo sleeps in a hutch-come-miniature 2 storey palace in the yard at the mo until he can play nice-flat-mates with Blue; which is why he has the straw and hay bedding. (not that its cold and he tends not to actually SLEEP in the bedding, just likes dirtying it!) The indoor cage doesnt have bedding per se, i think its too warm with it in there and it just gets chucked around the cage/ living room so i stopped providing it. i hear that carpet is a good for an indoor bed area. i tried it but it got covered in wee+poo so i won’t be using it until toilet training has been mastered!

I do the same as everyone else – every few days.

Fujoe – You don’t have to provide bedding as long as he already has a soft place to hang out in his pen/cage.

I dump Noble’s litter box every 3-4 days and rinse it with a small amount of vinegar and hot water. He weighs about 4 pounds.

I clean Boo and Rolls litter boxes every two days they tend to share them and its gets a bit messy. I clean the entire cage out once a week.
