Once again I have another rabbit…my original doe (2 years old) has come down with stasis. I noticed it Saturday night last week….I treated her with gas drops…bought greens and soaked them in water and fed her. she was nibbling on hay and her poop seemed to go back to normal. Then she went downhill on Tuesday and I took her in. The vet said she wasnt dehydrated and that we have gi stasis in the early stages…which was brought on from the stress cause my rabbits have been fighting lately.she said There were sounds in the upper tract but nothing in the lower. She said we could do blood tests or an xray but said it doesn’t seem that serious to do so. So I brought her home they gave me reglan and some other drug to treat  if there were any bacteria….I have been giving it to her along with some critical care just to ensure she is getting water. Her poop has gone back to normal but I still hear what sounds like water in her stomach. I am honestly not sure what to do right now. I don’t get paid until Friday so taking her in to the vet is really not an option right now. What do I do? Is this just a long process or is it just not getting any better? Her poop seems normal….really big ones with like two small ones. They show signs she has been eating hay. I am unsure if  she is drinking…if she is it is very little. Any advice is good advice.

could you ring and see if she needs to go back, and if so, ask if you can bring her in and then pay on friday? they might be ok with that?
