There is a local bunny shelter near me, that really needs some help. They went from a rescue, to a home for bunnies who have serious health and behavioral problems, and became a sanctuary. They always lend a helping hand whenever they have the room though. And they also help out any other rabbit owners in the area with supplies if the owner needs the help. They are a fabulous group of people. They also try to educate everyone they can about rabbits.

But this rabbit sanctuary is having some really hard times at the moment. They are in some serious debt with their vet, and really could use some help, whether it be with bills, or even just the basic supplies for the bunnies. I am getting a list of things that they need at the moment, from food, treats, toys, and all that stuff.

        The list goes as follows:

Pee pads (They are in desperate need of these!)

Fleece blankets for snuggles and cuddles

Toys of any kind (They assured me that either hand made or bought would be perfect! They also have a few heavy chewers.)

Treats (homemade or bought is fine!)

I sadly can’t afford to send much to them, but I want to try and help in any way I can, and make the holidays even just a bit brighter for both the people at the sanctuary, and the bunnies.

Would anyone be interested in also helping out? I don’t want to just put the address out on the forum, but if you message me with an inquiry or post here because you are interested I will message you, then I will give it.

          Hi, Hiskatey93,
Your care about this shelter is very kind. We don’t allow fundraising directly, but listing supplied they need is OK. I am going to move this post to the Rescue section, since we have many rescues that do wonderful work around the world, and they all could use attention so we created a separate forum section just for them.
