I’m new to owning a rabbit and I’m not sure if I should be worried with Olive’s (2 mo old Holland Lop) new habit. In the morning when I go to let her out while I clean her cage she runs around and binkys but occasionally jumps back in her cage and goes to one corner and frantically bites her cage bars for a few mins (only in one spot)

She has tons of toys and things to chew inside and outside of her cage so I try to hold up something thats better for her to chew on when she starts (watch the video I put up of her doing it: https://youtu.be/ZWmnzfqubog) You can see when I hold up her toy she starts scratching and ripping it apart, she’ll do this for awhile. I’m not sure if she’s happy and hyper, or if this is aggressive behavior and she’s angry about something. She’s only started doing it recently.

Sounds like agitated behaviour. Maybe she doesn’t like the smell of it can you get grassy mats and tie they to that part of the cage to stop her biting metal. Because its not good for their teeth?

Apparently wiping it with vinegar deters them, apple vinegar I think?
