        So we have a dwarf japanese apple I n ur backyard and my dad just trimmed off some twigs, the rabbits outside seem to love it so I’m wondering if it’s safe to feed to my bunny thanks!

          Red, silver, and sugar maples are toxic to horses because of the gallic acid they contain. I would imagine it is similar for rabbits. From what I understand, Japanese maples are considered nontoxic. However, I don’t see it listed on any “rabbit-safe” wood lists out there.
