Please describe your litter set up ( pics work too ) and how often you clean it.

Four-five litter boxes, currently using aspen litter though will be going back to pine (pellets) soon. Scooped daily, dumped every 3 or so days.

One litter box – rectangle cat litter tray with a few layer’s of newspaper topped with shredded paper (our mail shredded for security) and a bit of crappy hay from bale we bought a year a go that he would never eat.
The hubby cleans it every second day, and it never smells. But if you leave it till day 3 to clean you can smell it! And that’s how I know if he mixes his days up, it stinks!
Very easy to clean – we wait for Henry to go for his morning nap, the hubby dumps it into the outdoor bin and washes the tray under the tap and leaves it in the sun to dry. He brings it back in, a few layer’s of newspaper topped with shredded paper and hay and it’s right to go for 2 days!

4 litterboxes, 2 for the lops (xl cat litterboxes), one for Kieko (med cat litterbox), one in the play area. All are dumped every evening and vinegar/water wiped less than they should be — maybe once a month at this point. The only one that ever smells is the one for the play area since the lops and Kieko mark against each other in that one, and then it only smells as its being emptied. Carefresh Natural litter in all 4.
