  ok so there were only 4 by the time I got to them, but we now have four very young buns living seemingly happy in a pen. I will get pics soon. I might keep 2 and my neighbor may take the other 2. 1 is obviously a flemish giant, the other a dutch/lop mix maybe. Another possibly dutch mix, mostly black with a tiny white on the face and the other is a runt brown chinchilla like color same as the flemish ones color. the runt was in shock though, i had to cuddle her for a while to have her snap out of it. I don’t think they had any water but have had since they got home and are loving hay!!! hopefully that will fatten them up as they are very thin. The guy was feeding them but only had them since monday and looks like just a few leafy green things. chard or something. i thought they were going to be older when I saw the pics but it maks it harder giving any away as they are babies and letting my cuddle them. they were in a small wooden box all together , bt happy now

  Hi! That is so sweet of you to help these bunnies out. Having worked with rescues, I know how often formal rescue groups have to turn away bunnies in situations like this because there is no room left – and it is very rare for someone to have the heart to help them out so THANKS!
  
  Just to make sure you do not get yourself in over your head with bunnies though, make sure to get them sexed by someone knowledgeable and separate the males and females right away so you don’t end up with many MANY babies!

  actually i learned how to sex bunnies a few months ago, 3 are girls and 1 a boy. the boy isn’t even sexual yet. I went and bought floors for the cages, they’ve been going all over the blanket!!! tomorrow I will be even more busy before work. i have a bad cold on top of it , the buns are so sweet though

  Amy that was very sweet of you to find a place for them. I am glad though that they have a chance at a better life than what they might have ended up with.

  I’m so glad to hear you’re working on helping them – how lucky they are to have a bunny champion, like you. I really hope they’ll find good homes soon.
