Wow. It has taken me so long...almost a month. Here : My moms best friend and my best friends mother is dead. She fought for ten years. Kerri died of cancer. No one has ever died in my life before, and 3 and a half have this past month. Kerri, who was like my mom, Jack, the man who was /is married to the woman I walk dogs for, Robyn the nurse from edc, and my friend from edc who lives in Canada attempted suicide, then completely shut me out of her life.

I know that this seems like a weird place to post something like this, but it is the only place I know of for grief support. Oh...edc is ummm a hospital. Please message me if you would like to know more, I don't mind sharing, I just don't like doing it public

I'm sorry for all your loss. Death can be very hard to work through sometimes. Just take things one day at a time and let the feelings come as they please. That's the best advice I can think of since I had a hard time dealing with the death of my Aunt from cancer. She died two days before I was suppose to go out and see her.

LittleBunny, I am deeply sorry for your loss. I understand how it feels weird to post something like that here but the BBers are a great group of supportive bun-loving folks, so I am sure that everyone will be sending their love and good wishes your way in no time. I hope that you find comfort in the good memories and your furbaby. Snuggle with your bun, they are good for cheering us all up. :-) HUGS and vibes. I hope all that were close to your second mom are able to find strength in each other and love and comfort.

My sincere condolences on the loss of your friend. There is nothing harder in life than losing someone you care about. Cancer certainly creates much heartache and I'm sure there is no member here who hasn't been affected by it. My own Dad died 7 years ago so I certainly know your pain.

My bunnies give me much comfort when I'm sad. I'm sure yours will too.

Awww, LittleBunny... I'm so sorry for your loss and I also hope you find comfort soon. Just be strong and remember Everything Happens for a Reason. I know everyone says that but I really truly believe that. It gets me through hard times and I hope you will find some strength to work through everything in a positive and healthy way.

Definitely look to your bun bun for some comfort, I was bawling last night because I felt so bad about my little bun getting spayed (I know, I'm a total baby) but my other altered male came up into my lap and kept snuggling his head against my chest and face like he knew something was wrong and wanted to comfort me. They are such amazing creatures.

LittleBunny, I'm very sorry for your losses and the hard times all of you are going through.
You might find out that there are a few of you who want to talk about it, but don't know how. Don't hesitate to start a conversation with others who know the ones you mentioned in person. It may be a relief to someone totally unexpected to have you to talk to also.
