so usually I give the buns dried cranberries as a little treat, but today I saw dried blueberries at costco and my curiousity got the best of me. I wasn’t sure if they would like them, but they went all crazy just like they do with the cranberries!  I tried one myself and in my opinion, they’re gross haha. at least they don’t have to worry about mama lee eating their treats

For the dried fruit, is the sulfur dioxide bad for buns? I was going to buy some dried fruit as a treat snack, but I know for avians you have to buy it without sulfur dioxide and wasn’t sure if buns were the same.

Dried blueberries sounds like a nice treat.

Sulfur dioxide isn’t good for anybody. It’s just one more chemical that we can do without. I like to use freeze-dried fruit because it doesn’t have any additives and has a lot less sugar.
