I tried my hardest to find no sawdust pellets for rabbits. Freedom Fuel (wood stove pellets) is cheapest litter I ever tried. I dislike the idea of sawdust because my rabbits can make mess. I tried for two days. It wasn’t that bad. My bunnies didn’t make mess. I don’t mind to get bulk of it but..

I’m concerned about my rabbits’ health issues if I will continue to use wood stove pellets that dissolved to sawdust.

For your information, they don’t eat sawdust or wood stove pellets.

Just curious, when wood stove pellets dissolved to sawdust, will it release the smell that can bother my bunnies or something like that?

woodstove pellets are fine. The way they are processed removes the oils and such that cause the issues in bunnies.

Ditto wood stove pellets are a great litter-very safe, very cheap and very absorbant too!

Make sure your sawdust pellets do not contain accelerant.
