Hi, I will be getting a new bunny soon, and I like my house to be pretty cold. Not REALLY cold, just 60-65 degrees. Is that too low for rabbit to live in? Just wondering. If it is, I can always shut off the AC. Thanks in advance, everyone!

That sounds ok. Perhaps provide some bedding for the bun to snuggle into all the same.  Are you getting a young one or an adult?

            I’m actually getting a young one. He’s a little over 3 months.

I asked some qu’s on temperature recently myself. I’d read 45-75 F was ideal range. The general consensus was that 45 would be too low for a house bun (so more like 50-75F better). It’s the high temps they’re really sensitive to.

Really? Well then I guess that’s perfect! I like the cold more than hot anyways.
