So, we have nothing but the humane society around where I live and they never have more than 3 buns at a time. There is no dedicated bunny shelter around us. The Columbus House Rabbit Society is about an hour away. I have always wanted to help out but right now money is tight with me not working. I talked with someone from the rabbit society and my husband and I are going up in two weeks and are going to play/help with the buns at the shelter that the rabbit society uses. I have also been saving up TP/paper towel rolls, toys, hay, etc so we have some stuff to take for them as well.

I told them I would love to do this more often it just depends on how i am feeling. I hate that I havent done anything before now but with not feeling well it is kinda hard. I would love to foster but we just dont have the room.

Maybe someday I can help set up our own rabbit rescue here in dayton.

Hi!  Thats so nice of you   Its always good fun to volunteer with the bunnies, and once you get started you’ll realize that there is a LOT you can do!  Maybe you can do mini-adoption events for the bunnies at the Humane Society so that they can take in even more, or make posters for them etc. Have fun!!
