  I know I’ve been on the forum a lot lately for Teddy’s stubborn stasis situation, but I just had to come here and say, I adore him so much and he makes me so happy every day. He’s ridiculously, ridiculously adorable and lovable, and he regularly brings me tears of joy and adoration. He’s going to make my heart explode one of these days, but oh well. (;
  
  Earlier in his stasis treatments I was listening to the Hamilton soundtrack while feeding him Critical Care. I was really touched by the song “Dear Theodosia” and would sing a version of it to Teddy sometimes. “I swear that I’ll be around for you / I’ll do whatever it takes / I’ll make a million mistakes / I’ll make the world safe and sound for you.”
  
  I know that I can’t protect him from *everything* in life, but oh MAN do I want to try.
  
  He is the sweetest little cuteness, and I am so grateful to have him in my life.

  Teddy muffin. I just can’t even believe it. You would think that after almost 10 years I’d be acclimated, but I am NOT. Every single time I look over at him it blows me away. I’m like, “HOW??”

  Thanks, LittlePuffyTail! Those are all the original lyrics from “Dear Theodosia.” But to modify it, I would switch in his name and “my bun” instead of “my son” (;

  I’m so sorry about Bam. We lost Teddy’s BFF, Athena, in September (she was 10). But forever in our hearts (and profile pictures).
