My girl Frosty pees a lot and likes to use the litterbox as a bed. Then my Shamrock, he’s 9-1/2 and sometimes he pees on his tail or gets it on his stomach, don’t ask me how!

I’d like to find a safe baby wipe to use with them. I hear conflicting things and I know bunny skin is ultra-sensitive. I’m wondering about a formula I could make with very gentle soaps or ingredients – castile? baby shampoo? aloe vera? others? and pure water and keep handy or make up as needed then use with cloths or shop towels (paper towels do tend to disintegrate, I’ve found). Any suggestions?

I also welcome suggestions on a ready-to-go product for bunnies if you’ve found one; I’m just thinking if there were a DIY formula that would save a lot of money for us bunparents.

        Thanks for any ideas!

before my cosie passed away she became incontinent and thus was messy. my vet told me i could use baby wipes and baby shampoo. i got johnson and johnson’s shampoo, and the cheapest wipes i could find. but remember, don’t bathe a rabbit! spot clean!

Yeah, even a butt bath for Frosty was kind of a mess because she’s a Rex – it took too long for her fur to dry. A cornstarch bath was better. Shammie doesn’t like to be fussed with or held much – think it might be his joints at his age. So a sensitive skin, unscented baby wipe you think would be okay?

I’ve never used them, but I know that Seventh Generation makes a Free & Clear unscented baby wipe. These are made with natural, plant based ingredients instead of chemical ones.

I wondered about the companies like that – the cruelty-free, organic, etc. as a possible source. Thanks!
