IF CAMERAS ARE OFFLINE - It's most likely due to us, not you.    I take them offline when I want to hang out with them on the floor.  (most of the time they'll come visit us in the living room, but if they don't, I'll visit them)   I also take them offline sometimes during cleaning where I would be more on camera than I want.  Usually the cameras are not offline for more than an hour or two.
