Well bad on my part, I apparently forgot to lock my Bun’s cage this morning before leaving for my double shift at work. So she had free roam all day (surprisingly only one poop through out the house on the floor).

But here’s the main issue. I noticed she chewed up my sensor bar chord to my Wii U (was not on nor really functional). Her mouth seems to be fine. But i noticed in her poops in her pen there’s two with chord shape tails… So it’s out of her system, and she seems to be eating and pooping fine. Is she in the clear then?….

(Keep in mind she is never really allowed in the living room to begin with. We always put up a barrier during her playtime)

Chewing cords tends to be one of those things, where if nothing bad happens right away they generally are fine with no long term health issues. The two worries are electrocution, and blockage, so since he’s pooped it out and wasn’t electrocuted he should be fine.

Rabbits must have some obsession with wii’s. Bramble escaped one night and chewed through our wii sensor wire and I have seen a good few other posts saying the same thing. If it helps Bramble was absolutely fine after his escape, maybe a little confused as to how he didn’t get away with it but health wise he was fine. I think as long as she is eating, drinking and pooping/peeing normally you shouldn’t be too worried.
