I want to confirm if feeding cauliflower leaves and water spinach frequently to a bunny will cause any health issues. They do come in the safe veggies list, but I heard that cauliflower leaves may cause urinary problems in a bunny. Recently, I noticed that Moshu has been peeing more than she normally does. Could it be because of the two veggies ?

From what i have heard of and understood, cauliflower leaves belong to the cabbage family. Which means if fed too much can cause urinary problems. It is safe to feed, but like kale and broccolli or any vegetable should be fed sparingly.
And as for water spinach i believe it has high oxide levels which can cause white residue and lightening of the bunny’s pee. Which can lead to, in serious cases kidney stones and other kidney related problems. But again, it is safe if fed sparingly.
Maybe rotate Moshu’s vegetable diet, and have cauliflower leaves and water spinach given 1-2 times a week.
