I guess I will put this here then.
Since Ruby has been away from Cotton. Cotton is once again accepting treats from my hand. He had completely stopped for about 2 weeks. HE is tearing his newspaper on top his cage chewing his box. HE hasn't done this in quite some time. I think Ruby was suffocating him or something.
She has given me some painful nips too. Also . I put Ruby in the living room with Cotton and he went after her. First thing. So I grabbed up Ruby and just held her. I have extra toys so I will give her some to have something to do.
Also I noticed last nite she is shedding. I really don't know what to think about all this behavior. Is the shedding making her grumpy was Cotton bothering her and she let him have it could it be her hormones still dying down or her still an adolescent jealousy
I really dont' know maybe never will
