  I knew that only you guys would understand. I was doing some bunny maintenance, and dear sweet lord did his booty slits smell!! I knew everyone else in the world would just think I was weird for taking a q-tip to my bun’s booty, but I knew you all would understand.

  i wish i knew how to check/do this. i have watched videos and such, but pepper is sooo hairy down there i dont think i could find them if i tried! not to mention he is VERY hard to trance and doestn stay that way for long i guess i will have to have the vet do it!

  as much as i want to clean Chace’s glands,he wont let me carry him.let alone trance him.

  Don’t feel badly, I have the same problem with Samantha. I think some things can be left for the vet to do, without shame (or losing your lunch from the smell.)

  Seriously though, you can always look to see if a local shelter/rescue does this. TSome rabbit volunteers will do gland cleans and nail trims and the fee goes towards the shelter rabbits.
