Figured I would introduce myself My name is Stacy...I am a fairly new bunn mom to a rescue we have named Miffy. A friend of mine who is also a new member here rescued her from a home who basically should NOT have owned her. She was kept in her cage at all times, only given pellets etc. Just a sad situation. I adopted her shortly after Tiffany got her. She is learning how to play and is still a bit on the lazy side.....since she really doesnt know any better. We are working on it though.
I am also a mom of two kid kids....lol 18 month old girl and a six year old boy. And I must say the bunnycam is a day long sourse of entertainment for my daughter. She rarely says momma but she sure as heck can say bunny! lol
I hope to get to know everyone a bit better and gain some more bun knowledge from some experienced bunny slaves. :p

Hello and Welcome!! I think a few of us with the skittish bunnies are quite jealous of your lazy bun and I must say your 18 month old and I have a lot in common...I could be completely entertained by the bunny cam all day long as well! I'm glad to hear Miffy was saved from such a sad life, good job! |

Yeah she's a peice of work that girl lol I am slowly letting my 6 year old sit with her for bits during playtime. She will come out to sniff and explore him and then back to lay down. lol Shes good for a nice snuggle while watching tv though.

Yes I have been meaning to get my camera out for some good ones. So far I only have ones of her when she had her gooky irritated eye. |

Being a new bun mom, you must catch on pretty quick as I see you have already observed that you are a bunnyslave! |

Yes I am that...lol To a princess none the less....who seems to have a shoe fetish we found out lastnight. I had my shoes and my sons shoes out at the front door (this is where she has her playtime, front hall gated off...big area). And she spend half the time scenting my son's stinky sneakers and sticking her head in them. Kinda gross...but she has a thing for feet *shrugs* |

hahahaha a bunny with a foot fetish! My bunnies like to smell my socks too...for some reason they are less scared of my feet than my hands. I think I remember when I very first got bunnies I read somewhere that skittish bunnies you can pet with your feet with socks on to get them used to being pet before petting them with you hands...
I think its so funny when bunnies scent things..I hope that you informed your son he needs new sneakers because his now belong to the bunny my baby buns keep scenting my boyfriend's fingers and toes - they seem to see him as something to claim rather than hang out with, haha |
