our avatars that show up beside are post ya well when i was trying to upload one i couldnt find a picture small enough and had to keep chopping and chopping to get it small enought and now its not as good as the origional picture i was wondering if theirs anything i could do so i can upload a cute pic of domino thats to big at the moment

Hey lilmizzsnickers, I can do that in a blink of an eye with photoshop, so I just went ahead and edited your avatar. How's it look?
Do you have Photoshop? If so, then I can explain what I did for your future reference. I also used the "sharpen" filter which did pretty well once it was small. (sharpen doesn't do so great with large pics)
If you have some other type of photo editing program, then you need to look for anything within the toolbars that says "image size" - many times it's within the edit section of the toolbar.
