Hareiette sometimes likes to push the door to her house closed with her nose. typically she’ll then use her nose to push it open.  Tonight I look over and she’s standing on her back paws using her front paws to open the door!  She’s too smart! 🙂  thank goodness they don’t sell opposable thumbs on ebay or we’d be in big trouble.

anyone else have a clever bunny story to share?

Pepper has defeated 3 different closures that I put on the gate blocking my bedroom door, including the one that required her to lift AND pull at the same time.

She once climbed up a ladder to get at some cranberry tea bread on the nearby table.

She has also shoved and excavated herself a "tunnel" behind a pile of boxes, and a file cabinet to pup up through the shelves I have under my desk.  Scared the crap out of me when she nibbled my toes!

            Booboo amazes me!

My hubby came downstairs in the morning the other week to find Booboo sat on the top of the chair… but we locked her up in her cage the night before, and opening it involves lifting AND pulling the metal catch!!!  She’s always chewing on the bars when its her time in and we’ve seen her batting the catch with her paw.  She also likes to shut the cage door when she’s out and open it again.

            Sooooo clever

Mable amazes me in a different way – like how quickly she can gobble up her food!!
