hurrah for Patina being officially a member of the family! :-) i'm so glad to hear the bonding is coming along so well - the poop war will really cut down once they're fully bonded and living together.

so just really quick...

patina and fujoe spent their first night together last night. all is well! I didn't find a dead bunny this morning, so I'm gald. since this whole bfa show thing, everything is a mess-- and the apartment is starting to smell like bunny. I haven't had time to soak the litter boxes in vinger since BEFORE we got patina (a month ago). SO yesterday morning I soaked one of them in the bathtub before I left and when I got home last night I was too tired to rinse it out and put it back... so my bf and i decieded they were just going to sleep together..

ha, what a good reason to do it! but all went well, and they seem to really like eachother- it's nice to know they have eachother and that I took a bunny out of a shelter.

Congratulations!  Bonding can be so stressful, on us and on our buns, it is really good that you were able to stick with it.  Every bunny deserves a best friend if their house has room for one.

I am so encouraged by your progress.  I might have given up, but knowing that they worked it out gives me such hope that my grumpy little divabun will find herself a husbun.
