Meet Luchi, who is sitting in my living room as I type this.  She is a pretty black and white bunny, probably a dutch mix.  She was on death row because of bad teeth.  She has a pretty severe malocclusion of the upper incisors (I think) and because of this the shelter was going to kill her.  Luckily we found a spot for her.  Someone pulled her from the shelter and met me, and I have her now.  She goes in for spay and to get her teeth fixed on Wednesday.  After that, it is on to her new foster home.  Happy Thanksgiving Luchi!  You can read her story here.

Adorable! It is so sad to think that they were going to euthanize this precious bunny just because of bad teeth.  Way to go on saving her!!!

Too cool! What a lucky bun!

Sweet Luchi was adopted today!  She has left our home and is on her way to her new home.  I am so happy for her, but I kinda miss her a little too.  Good thing she was only here a week, or I'd be asking for advice about bonding a foursome!
