        Back for another question.

I kinda of wanted to get some votes. Do YOU feed your salad serving size all in one sitting? Or do you portion it into two “meals” for the day?

I’m same as Wick, two servings, morning and evening.

(Same with pellets… and I feed veggies about an hour before I give them their pellet ration)

I actually do give Panda and Fernando their salad all in one go, in the evening. Same with pellets (in the morning).

I’m also morning and evening, and Atlas gets his pellets at the same time. Maybe I should change his pellet time!

Thor gets her salad all at once in the evenings, morning she gets her daily pellet ration. I think for most buns, it doesn’t really matter when you feed things, but if your bunny has a sensitive tummy or doesn’t eat hay well, you can experiment with different meal times

Concur – fortunately Panda and Fernando have taken very well to everything I’ve fed them so far, or just plain turned up their noses at it and said rabbit-fashion, “no, thank you”. I think the really important thing, since rabbits are such great creatures of habit, is to establish a daily feeding routine right away and stick to it as far as possible thereafter unless there’s a very good reason to change it.
