I am still caring for the original 9 rabbits that I adopted earlier. I just got an email from someone who found rabbits who were attacked by a dog. Two babies in the nest survived, but are severely injured and the mother is dead. The guy called a few vets who refused to look at them because they were too young and were wild animals (I find this suspicious and arrogant, but I am taking he guys word for it). I agreed to take them in and care for them. Is it possible to try introducing them to the mother rabbit that I have to see if she will feed them and if so how do I go about that? I have yet to see them and their injuries. What should I get today before the guy brings them to me and is it possible to release them back into the wild or will they forever be stuck as pets?

Hi! I see you have 2 threads going. I can’t combine two threads, so I’m thinking I’ll lock this thread so nobody writes in it, and those who read it can go to this thread instead and post their answers there. that way we can keep the whole discussion in the same thread.
