For Boston – 8 month old holland lop 3lbs – do I go burgess excel junior &dwarf with mint ?
        Or burgess excell adult nuggets?

Those are the two options I have here to choose from
Which is better ingredients wise ect for his small size?

Moving from oxbow for two reasons – 1: it’s often out of stock and a hassle when it is , 2: smeary poop issues from oxbow

Found answer to my own question now haha
Adult nuggets have more fibre than the dwarf

All good At 8 months he no longer needs junior pellets anyway. I hope he goes well on the Burgess. All my buns have loved Burgess, currently on oxbow I can’t remember what Luna’s cecals were like on Burgess, I should have paid more attention at the time. But I can’t imagine they would be much better than they are now.

Haven’t tried Burgess but I wish I could get more Sherwood. Choo’s poops were a glorious golden colour by the end of the bag.

I have heard sherwood is the best , but I can’t get it here. Hopefully in the future as one of my local rabbit rescues is trying to get it in.
Brought the burgess today and slowly mixing it in , hopefully fingers crossed this helps the smeary poop issue

I’ve never seen Sherwood locally in my area; the most commonly available brands in stores are Oxbow and Kaytee (Walmart sells some kind of junk called Forti-Diet that I wouldn’t touch with a ten-foot pole). Panda and Fernando tend to turn out medium-brown poops as far as I can see, but then when I look at it, the lighting isn’t always ideal.
